Blackland Sanitation Terms & Conditions

These website and messaging terms supplement any Blackland Sanitation Residential Service Agreement applicable to sanitation service. If an executed service agreement contains different service-specific terms, that agreement controls for those service matters.

SMS messaging terms

SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing Blackland Sanitation service.

When you actively select the separate SMS consent checkbox and provide a mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional and customer-service text messages from Blackland Sanitation. Messages may concern enrollment, account status, billing or payment reminders, cart delivery, pickup/service notifications, schedule changes, and related service communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel sanitation service and does not prevent communications through other available channels.

Separate optional marketing consent

You may separately choose to receive promotional emails, enrollment reminders, or automated marketing texts from Blackland Sanitation by selecting the relevant unchecked checkbox. Marketing messages are optional and are not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to marketing texts or use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails to opt out. Service notification consent does not authorize promotional messaging. Blackland keeps a record of the selections.

Mobile consent and privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Website use

You agree to provide accurate information when checking service availability, enrolling, accessing an account, or communicating with Blackland Sanitation. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Service and billing

Service availability, pricing, billing, cart terms, pickup requirements, and other service obligations are governed by the applicable enrollment disclosures and Residential Service Agreement presented before activation.

Changes

Blackland Sanitation may update these website and messaging terms as services or legal requirements change. The current version will remain publicly available on this page.
